Position: Team Leader: Urban Mobility
Placement: Kelapa Gading, Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Reach the targets of your department.
• Build the LSP of your department and to gather your team towards ambitious targets based on your commercial projects.
• Pilot your activities ensuring the right number of teammates at the service of our customers and users at the right time in your department.
• Recruit your team and develop them through regular meetings, ensuring they have a clear mission for their development, & their attendance at the training.
• Be the Captain leading the store team during your shift.
• Safety of the environment, goods, people, and respect for internal regulation.

Key requirements:

• You are a sports enthusiast & you are passionate about skateboarding, inline skating, urban cycling, & scootering
• Vital, strong sense of responsibility, helpful, initiative and well-organized
• Must have managerial courage
• Excellent communication, writing, and coordination skills
• Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills and willingness to work on the ground
• Fluent in English (good knowledge of French would be an advantage)

• The efficiency of the store (stock, teammates, suppliers & activities)
• The training related to your playground
• Team planning
• Flow of goods

Key requirements:

• You are a sports enthusiast & you practice your passion sport
• Vital, strong sense of responsibility, helpful, initiative and well-organized
• Degree holder in any discipline with at least 3 years of working experience in retail with a leadership position
• Excellent communication, writing, and coordination skills
• Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills and willingness to work on the ground
• Fluent in English (good knowledge of French would be an advantage)
