Position: Customer Service Representative (contract-based)
Placement: Semarang, Central Java
Responsibility:
- Answering incoming calls and respond to e-mail
- Handle customer inquiries by e-mail and social media
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete all call logs
- Updating customers profile into computer
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain the level of customer service
Qualification:
- Minimum D-3 any major
- Maximum 30 year old
- Experience minimum 1 year in the call center (inbound, outbound, and handle social media, fresh graduates are welcome)
- Able to speak in English (active or passive)
- Communicative
- Willing to work in shifting schedule including weekend and public holiday
