JOB VACANCY HEAD CHEF & BUTLER EAZE VILLA ULUWATU

Eaze Villa Uluwatu is looking for young and heart who is interested to grow their career at Eaze Villas Uluwatu

1. Head Chef

• experience in the same position for minimum 2-3 years in hotel/villas
• proven work experience as chef at restaurant/hotel (especially in European cuisine & steak)
• raw, vegan, vegetarian knowledge is a plus
• experience in sole creation and implementation of menu design and concepts
• knowledge of kitchen processes, system, service
• good knowledge of food service sanitation standards, personal hygiene and safety
• participate in creating an exclusive menu
• up to date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• excellent command both spoken and written English
• positive attitude, attentionto detail and guest satisfaction oriented
• strong interpersonal skill, able to work in part of team & independent also work under pressure

2. Butler

• experience in the same position for at least 2-3 year in hotel/villas
• familiar with VHP system is an advantage
• check everything is in working order prior to guest arrival, report damage or repair immediately
• excellent command both spoken and written English
• positive attitude, attentionto detail and guest satisfaction oriented
• strong interpersonal skills, able to work in part of team & independent also work under pressure
