HR Business Partner

We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Hakuhodo Digital (HD), part of Hakuhodo International Indonesia.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department
• Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Recruitment
• Running orientation and onboarding process
• Enhancing staff performance
• Supporting employee development program
• Provide HR policy guidance (updating policies and practices)
• overseeing wellness and health initiatives
• Monitor and provide report about workforce (Recruitment, Training, Employee Benefit, Employee Administration)
• Suggest new HR strategies

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor degree (any field)
• Proven work experience as an HRBP (preferably in advertising industry or creative/ digital agency)
• Excellent people management skills
• Analytical and goal oriented
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Having knowledge about labor legislation/ regulation
• Full understanding of all HR functions
