  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law
  2. At least having 2 years experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Legal (Perizinan), Industrial Relation or equivalent, have experience in Multi Finance or Banking Company will be an advantage.
  4. Excellent knowledge in managing Industrial Relation issue
  5. Computer literate (Ms excel, word, power point)
  6. Able to make decision making and problem solving
  7. Placement at Central Jakarta
  8. Having advocate license is a must

Area of Responsibility:
  1. Handling labor dispute/conflict between employee and company, among fellow employees, and environment issue as a liaison to the government, and as a management representative. Handle employee disputes, such as Bipartite, Tripartite until Industrial Relation Court
  2. Establish systems, policy and procedures for labor relations throughout the company
  3. Constant review on labour policies and company relations to keep up to date and keep relevant knowledge at any time to make sure compliance and best practices.
  4. Conduct and monitor documents related to licensing and industrial relations. Creating and reviewing agreement letter
  5. Giving legal advice
  6. Maintain good relationship with internal party such as Labor Unions or external party such as Government.
