K Ciub Ubud, a new brand-Eco friendly resort located at Tegalalang, Ubud looking for a Pre Opening team with relevant skills and experiences.

Position Available:

1. E-Commerce
2. Hostess
3. IT
4. Trainee FO
5. Trainee HK

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be at the sarne role or position at least 2 years experience (1,2,3)
• Been working in pre-opening with lifestyle brand and or Independent Hotel with multiple outlets (1,2)
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records (1)
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills (T)
• Experience with industry software such as HubSpot CRM, Freshsales, or similar (1)
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software (1)
• Able to provide top notch customer service in fast paced environment (2)
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks (3)
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles (3)
• Computer skills are reguired
• Strong personality, analytical skill, strategic thinking, have a good communication skill.
