HEAD CHEF

General Requirements :

• Min 2 years of experience as a Head Chef Formal culinary training and / or education preferred
• Excellent kitchen management Knowledge in creating menu. •Prepare high quality food using standard recipes
• Solid knowledge on food costing is a must
• Has strong positive attitude and pleasant personality as a leader High sense of responsibility and dynamic person
• Having experience in Japanese food is a plus
