Position: Recruitment Specialist

Placement: Sunter, North Jakarta

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Psychology
• Have min. 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Have knowledge with end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Good communication in English
• Good analytical thinking, communication and interpersonal skill
• Have knowledge of psychological test tools and BEI
• Willing to work contract based

Job Descriptions:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintain a database for future job opening
• Manage onboard and coordinate with related departments to ensure a smooth hiring process
