Candidates must have the following experiences :

• Pre dominantly Western food and Asian Cuisines (1,2)
• Minimum 5 years worked in five star International hotels or upscales restaurants (1)
• Overseas experience is from advantage (1)
• Team Leader and trainer (1)
• HACCOP certification knowledge (1)
• Ability to work underpressure (1,2)
• Flexible working hours reguired (1,2)
• Concern for detail SOP and hygiene, passionate in food production
• A Deep understanding of cost management (1)
