HR Admin

thumbnail-cadangan PT Penta Global Kontraktor (Penta Global Engineering) is urgently needed for temporary position as HR Admin, placement in HO Ragunan, Jakarta Selatan.

Requirement(s) :
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum a year experience as HR Admin (including administrative and recruitment)
  • Have good leadership, communication skill, problem solving and able to coaching and monitoring people
  • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially excel)
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, reporting, human resource, recruitment, administration
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills, Agile, Fast Learning and able to adapt with new environment.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and management, review and update HR / Admin procedures and policies;
