Qualification,

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Busineas Management
• Experience in a similar position, Ina 4″ or 5* hotel
• Familiar with budget, sales report, target and market segments (1,234) » Able to find and develop new potential business sources for specific markets
• Able and willing to travel to attend trade shows or travel faks (1,2)
• Excellent communication and tactical skills
• Indepth knowledge of sales principles and technigues (1,2)
• Effective communication and negotistion skitis (1,23) & Active person with an outgoing personality
• A wide network af contacts
• Computer Iterate
• Result oriented, energetic and self-driven
• Strong lenderahip and a team player at the same time
• Highiy developed organizational and time management skiks
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Good financial and administration skills
• Strong command of the English language — both written and epoken
