• Having experience in a startup or bank will be an advantage
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Fluent English

Job Description :

• Handling complaint from customers internal/external
• Daily reconciliation for Top Up/Transfer Out
• Support team member with their daily operations
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report to the team leader
