Qualification :

• Male , max 40 Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
• At least 10 year experiences with 5 years in automotive industry, especially automotive electrical system and wiring harness.
• Excellent communication skill - fluent in English both oral and written
• Excellent in problem solving skill

Jobdesk :

• Responsible for equipment and plant facilities maintenance and tool stock
• Coordinate maintenance program
• Control tool cribs and die room
• Defines specifications, standards and procedures for Testing (ALRO)
• Complete Special Project
• Drive Continuous Improvement
• Define operational methods and work standards
• Define Manufacturing Process
• year change and continuous improvement.
• Be responsible for manufacturing system maintenance and design of cutting, lead preparation and final assembly area, including process method, material flow, cutting & lead prep. tools/equipment, labor plan, station layout and shop floor layout. Review plan, ensure full BOP compliance and on-time execution, meet design target and cost target,
• Be responsible for continuous improvement of cutting, lead preparation and final assembly area, develop plan and ensure the execution.
• Coordinate overall IE plan align with project timing plan, escalate risks on delivery and quality.
• Act as window person of plant cutting, lead preparation and final assembly team to work with central and other plant IE team on design guideline and related.
• Coordinate with other functions on DFM, PFD/PFMEA activities, follow up with action plan.
• Support new business quotation if applicable.
• Follow company’s EHS policies.
• Be responsible to monitor the plan and execution of maintenance/ATBU program for whole plant.
• Allocate ME resources among team to support each VSM crimping production process to assure ontime qualified manufacturing engineering support provided.
• Coach and review process improvement, die center layout, WI, equipment BM, PM activities and related documents to meet DBS requirements.
• Plan, control and review engineering change implementation with cross-functions both local and central.
• Enhance maintenance performance in line with cost saving initiative
