We are assisting in #hiring for our client, a multinational Packaging & Containers company, for an COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE (MT) position, placement in CIKARANG with details below:

Requirements:

• Have relevant work experience of 1 to 2 years;
• Possess at least B.Sc+ or MsC in a related industry, including industrial engineering, business management or supply chain management.
• Active outside your studies, e.g. being part of student committees, organising student events, or sports events;
• Have done a practical training during your studies;
• Excellent communication and computer skills and be willing and able to work successfully in cross functional teams;
• Self-motivated and possess the desire to succeed and excel and should be comfortable in facing situations and also be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative

Job description:

• Work with other managers to plan and direct the work on the organization as Commercial or Project Lead;
• Assist with ongoing manufacturing process, develop and set optimize protocols.
• Evaluate work output.
• Receive classroom instruction in subjects related to their rotational experience.
• Attend lectures, watch technical expertise, and create projects, oral presentations, and take tests.
• Work in different functions to gain perspective, including production, supply chain, purchasing and other function under operation departments.
• Adhere to guidelines of formal written training program.
• Attend periodic evaluations.
• Achieve a passing score in all areas of the operation training program in order to continue in the program.
• Participate with Leadership Team in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
• Use reports to analyze production output and inventory activity.
• Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage manufacturing situations.
