Position: Customer Excellence Lead

The position will grow through responsibilities :
  • Guide and educate sellers with proactive approach to activate sellers.
  • Monitor day to day level of customer service quality such as response time and issue resolution time.
  • Collaborate with other teams on communication with sellers through live chat.
  • Collaborate with product team on the readiness of new feature launching.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on the management of help page.
  • Provide insights based on data driven inputs from sellers.
  • Maintained an excellence customer service culture with the best standards for our sellers.
  • Maintain high levels of sellers engagement and satisfaction.
  • Get and report meaningful insights from sellers.
