• Women, 27-37 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Have experience in salary survey.
• Understand about PPH-21.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
