Position: Human Resource Development
Placement: Bandung & Majalaya

  • Responsible for supporting Organizational Development in the company
  • Monitor and control HRD data, reports and documents
  • Manage performance management, people development and implement KPI
  • Create and improve SOP
  • Conduct an evaluation (evaluation) of employee performance (Performance Appraisal)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant fields
  • Have experience in dealing with Job Analysis, KPI, Job Evaluation
  • Have a good knowledge about Psychological Test
  • Having good communication skill as well as interpersonal skill
  • Have the ability in training development, organization and recruitment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Preferably working experience in fashion retail company
  • Creative and innovative spirit, also has high enthusiasm and work motivation.
