Urgently Needed Device Service Specialist
Location : Jakarta

Candidate Requirements :

• Male or Female Max. 35 Years Old
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or Electrical Engineer
• Must Having Experience min. 2 years as Maintenance / Repair / Service Specialist in Smartphone / IoT / PC / Laptop company
• Good communication and Consumer Satisfaction Oriented
• Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving person
• Must Good Communication (speaking, writing and reading) Skill (English) (+ Mandarin is advantage)
• Able to doing Business Trip All Around Store

Job Description :

• Own the ability to build and keep good relationship with service center and customer carrier
• Responsible for knowledge and technical training, for all staff in service center also service related;
• Responsible for service store management to improve customer experience and match target as requested
• Responsible for handling customer complaint, cooperating internal resources for solving
• Responsible for voice of consumer analysis, collecting the valuable information and cooperating internal team for improvement;
• Shop business trip is necessary

Compensation and Benefit :

• Gross Salary 12 - 15 mio
• BPJS TK & K
