• Handling end to end recruitment process
• Organizational development: Creating SOP, evaluation, performance management, job description and specification.
• Arranging and developing human resource development process with management.
• Talents mapping
  

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Pshycology
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Human Resources or recruitment related job
• Possess general knowledge in crypto market is a plus
