Customer Service (CS) Executive

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible to provide excellent customer service experience to increase customer satisfaction, and will be based in Bekasi (SOPRA Factory), and reporting to CS Manager.

Position: Customer Service (CS) Executive

Job Description :

• Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks.
• Handle routine outbound/inbound customer requests/orders/complaints/billing and products/services information.
• Escalate to relevant stakeholders for follow-up actions.
• Accurately enter all new customer information, existing customer orders and adjustments to ensure proper customer service, accounting of purchases, billing and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain and communicate current, accurate information on pricing, products, promotions and service procedures to customers.
• Provide feedback to supervisor/manager on improvement areas based on customer/client issues.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, effective and efficient service to customers.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients/customers.

Job Requirement :

• Diploma/Degree in Management Studies, Business, Marketing, or any other related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar function, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
• Strong coordination and organizing ability and overall point of view, with the ability to prioritize and proactively complete tasks.
• Good command in English, both in written and verbal.
