Kids Republic is looking for HR Staff.

Job description :

• Managed Recruitment and selection process, including publishing the job, sourcing candidate, and interview candidate.
• Support administrative processes in the field of HR Department including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Manage employee database and up to-date records in personnel files
• Prepare field personal data for payroll process

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from Psychology/Human Resource Management or other relevant fields
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Excellent administrative, teamwork & organizational skill
• Having great personality, Communication & Problem Solving
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ready to join ASAP
