Key Account Executive

PT Ichi Tan Indonesia is recruiting for multiple Key Account Executive (KAE) positions, based at various locations – Batam, Bandung, Semarang, Balikpapan & Makassar

Job Descriptions:
  1. Build sales plan and define strategy to grow on MT channel.
  2. Monitor the performance of key accounts and provide actionable insights and recommendations to solve problems and/or to grab opportunities
  3. Introduce initiatives and innovations to key accounts in order to get their support for their successful execution & implementation
  4. Analyzes consumers and competitor data to create and implement compelling sales plans.
  5. Create sales program for MT
  6. Follow up with MT channel on their monthly promotion program
  7. Achieving sales target
  1. Min. 3 years of experience as Key Account Executive, preferably from FMCG
  2. Have experience in the assigned area at least 3 years
  3. Have good analytical skills, negotiation skills, and key account management skills
  4. Familiar with national & local key account
  5. Have great communication skill
  6. Understand end channel
  7. Able to work with target and deadline
