Trainer & Quality Assurance Officer
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
- Experience 1 year as Customer Service Trainer/Quality Assurance
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance evaluation aspect, scoring, CSAT & DSAT
- Familiar to provide feedback with customer Service Personal Advisor in a formal or non-formal forum
- Experienced providing training with Customer Service Personal Advisor
- Motivated person & good communication skill
- Problem solver & strong in analyzing skill
