We Are Hiring “IT Helpdesk + Infra"

Requirment :
  • Education S1
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting IT Helpdesk and IT Infra & Fluent in English
  • Serving as Single Point of Contact to users on all IT helpdesk cases
  • Service call handling, issue tracking, escalation, reporting
  • Coordinate with Regional IT, Bank’s IT and Global IT for issue resolution and/or project activity
  • Execute activities of daily system morning checking including effectiveness of system backup and data replication.
  • Assist in project rollout
  • IT Inventory management
  • Troubleshoot, with proper guidance, certain application issues when the application manager is not available
  • IT administration in general
  • Participate in end user support and assist in project rollout on all IT infrastructures related activities for the Asset Management Business Line.
  • To support all local users requests relating to application issue resolution when application manager unavailable
