E-Commerce Marketing Manager (Beauty & Market)

Job Description :

• Build and develop a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient
• Present new trend and new innovation for each customer to support company's growth 
• Develop new marketing strategies that will improve sales and revenue performance
• Manage day to day operational of Marketing department
• Implement marketing plan and strategy to support and create brand image 
• Regulate all aspects of activities associated with the brand: consumer insight, advertising development, media planning, consumer & trade promo, market research, product development & pricing
• End-to-end execution of eCommerce operations and seller center systems, supported by the team
• Responsible for the e-commerce business plan strategies / joint business planning with online marketplace partner to drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research and looking for new opportunities to increase e-commerce sales

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy, sales, operations, product management and business development preferably from E-commerce, Beauty Category related field.
• Have good analytical skill of consumer insight, current market data, and trends
• Hustler, ambitious, structured/creative, self-starter
• Love and enthusiast about beauty/market
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to do Work From Office policy (our office is located at Gedung Oleos 2, Jakarta Selatan)
