Skills and experiences required :
  1. Experienced minimum 2 years in the same field [A, B] 
  2. Minimum D3/S1 all majors [A, B] 
  3. Familiar with the flow of customers handling [A,B] 
  4. Able to create new hire or existing training materials & development programs, especially in the field of customer service [A] 
  5. Accustomed to conduct training [A] 
  6. Master in transaction monitoring for assessments at contact center, especially digital platforms [B] 
  7. Advanced in Ms. Office skills ( Excel & Powerpoint ) [A,B] 
  8. Accustomed to making engagement events & programs [A]
  9. Willing to be placed in Semarang [A, B]
