PT. Captain Asia Sukses (Captain Barbershop) Urgently Need “HR Generalist”

Requirements:

• Minimum education S1 Psychology / Management;
• Maximum age 29 years old;
• Have at least 2 years experience in the same field;
• Have a good personality and communication skills;
• Have an attractive personality, creative, initiative;
• Able to use Microsoft Office especially excel;
• Proficient in using basic psychological test tools.

Responsibilities:

• Performing Personnel Functions;
• Conduct counseling to employees to increase employee productivity and maintain internal relationships;
• Experienced in carrying out the People Development process, training, MPP, SOP, Job Desc All Employees, KPI, Recruitment & Selection, Remuneration Package, Salary Structure, etc.
