Requirements :

• Male/Female
• Min Bachelor's Degree of any major (psychology is preferred)
• At least min 3 years experience as HR Supervisor at manufacturing company
• Understand OD, talent management, Performance Management, Industri Relation, and General Affairs
• Good command in English
• Inovatif, Adaptif, Energic
• Certified BNSP
• WILLING TO WORK IN CIBITUNG
