Outlet Supervisor (Jakarta)

Scope of Work:

1. Proven work experience as a Outlet Supervisor
2. Focus to achieve P&L as targeted
3. Responsible for the timely set up of the assigned food & beverage outlet, according to the meal settings and in line with the opening hours
4. Preparing schedules for all employees according to the forecast and within limits of the staffing guide to ensure adequate manpower at all times
5. Conducting regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departemental SOP 
6. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
7. Strong leadership, motivational and financial management skills.
