HR Manager (Morowali)

Dear All,

Currently, we are assisting our client a multinational company (join venture company) which has business in resource development, nickel-cobalt metal extraction, and processing of finished products, they are looking for “HR Manager (Morowali)” as follow:

Requirement:

• 30 – 45 years old
• Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in Psychology or Human Resources Management
• Have minimum 5 years’ experience in leading Human Resources team or minimum 3 years’ experience as Human Resources Manager
• Proficient in any module of compensation and disciplinary management
• Familiar with Indonesia's local labor and personnel policies and related laws and regulations, good character, acknowledge the company culture
• Willing to work in Site, Morowali (Central Sulawesi)

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing Indonesia HR team daily work
• Responsible for establishing or improving the HR management system in Indonesia
• Responsible for drafting various personnel management regulations
• Responsible for maintaining industrial relations
