Motrela Group Need ASAP for Production Manager

Job Description

1. Plan, direct, and coordinate production activities in the Central Kitchen and ensure that the production process is in accordance with the standards set by the company.
2. Supervise and evaluate the implementation process of cooking methods and SOPs related to the production process in Central Kitchen.
3. Develop and evaluate operational procedures in the Central Kitchen, such as procedures for receiving and sending raw materials and handling waste materials so as to maintain production quality.
4. Ensure that each production batch has the same taste and quality and is in accordance with the standards set by the company.
5. Checking the quality of food and raw materials before being distributed to all outlets.
6. Analyze production data and productivity.

Qualification :

1. D3/S1 from all majors.
2. Maximum age is 45 years.
3. Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a production manager in a company engaged in the Food & Beverage sector.
4. Understand the work pattern of Central Kitchen.
5. Understand the principles of GMP & Food Safety Management.
6. Location for Grogol, West Jakarta
