GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Has at least 2 year experience in the same position
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle difficult situations with grace
• Excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
