Job description

• Control and Monitor End to End Delivery from Safety and Compliance
• Coordinate and Optimise Transportation Routes, Modes to Ensure Timely and Cost-Effective Delivery of Goods
• Review 3PL Transport Safety Performance and Conduct Development
• Logistics Cost Review & Cost-Saving Opportunities within the Logistics Process
• Manage 3rd Warehouse Operations, Including Layout and Efficient Utilization of Space
• Supervise and Lead a Team of Logistics Providing Direction, Training & Development
• Ensure Compliance with Local and International Regulations Related to Transportation, Import/Export, and Safety Standards
• Collect and Analyze Logistics Data to Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIS), Generate Reports, and Provide Insights to Support Decision-Making
• Continuously evaluate and enhance logistics processes, implementing the best practices to optimize efficiency

Special requirements

• Bachelor Degree with Minimum 3 Years' Experience in a Logistics Supervisory Role
• Familiarity with customs procedures (export-import) and have experience in steel commodity/industry
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Good pc skills, especially ms excel
• Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-Making Skills
