Job description
- Control and Monitor End to End Delivery from Safety and Compliance
- Coordinate and Optimise Transportation Routes, Modes to Ensure Timely and Cost-Effective Delivery of Goods
- Review 3PL Transport Safety Performance and Conduct Development
- Logistics Cost Review & Cost-Saving Opportunities within the Logistics Process
- Manage 3rd Warehouse Operations, Including Layout and Efficient Utilization of Space
- Supervise and Lead a Team of Logistics Providing Direction, Training & Development
- Ensure Compliance with Local and International Regulations Related to Transportation, Import/Export, and Safety Standards
- Collect and Analyze Logistics Data to Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIS), Generate Reports, and Provide Insights to Support Decision-Making
- Continuously evaluate and enhance logistics processes, implementing the best practices to optimize efficiency

Special requirements
- Bachelor Degree with Minimum 3 Years' Experience in a Logistics Supervisory Role
- Familiarity with customs procedures (export-import) and have experience in steel commodity/industry
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good pc skills, especially ms excel
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-Making Skills
