We’re Hiring for IT Infrastructure position - Jakarta area. If you are a talent with these requirements:

• ⁠Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science
• ⁠Experience at least 3 years in IT Support
• ⁠English is a must (oral and written)
• ⁠Strong analytical skill and problem solving
• ⁠Able to work under pressure and fast pace
• ⁠Knowledge about iso:27001 would be an advantage

• User Support
• Infrastructure Maintenance & management
• Asset Management & Documentation
• Technical Coordination
• Documentation & Reporting
• Training & Knowledge sharing
• IT Planning & strategy
• ⁠Hands on in Microsoft Product (windows server, m365, security)
• ⁠Network configuration
