IT Service Coordinator

Hi Good People!

We are looking for an 🌟 IT Service Coordinator 🌟 to ensure the smooth delivery of IT infrastructure projects across various industries.

This role involves monitoring service performance, reporting, documenting processes, coordinating schedules, and driving service improvements. You will liaise with principals, distributors, and internal teams to keep projects on track, while also managing administrative tasks and documentation to support billing and payment collection.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in IT service delivery or project coordination (hardware infrastructure preferred).
• Strong skills in monitoring, reporting, documentation, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• ITIL certification (preferred) or knowledge of IT service management best practices.
