Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Use marketing digital tools for in-depth market and customer insights.
2. Grasp customers' business needs; guide medium- and long-term planning; positively impact their budgets.
3. Understand bid requirements; independently design single-industry scenario solutions.
4. Track leads/opportunities; participate in project strategy; engage deeply in product technical operations.
5. Coordinate internal/external resources to ensure project success; turn solution advantages into competitive edges.
6. Assess delivery risks and propose avoidance measures.

Requirement:

1. Able to design DC products/scenario solutions (system architecture, requirement decomposition); design UPS batteries, temperature control, power modules, monitoring, etc.; lead in solving key technical issues.
2. Strong knowledge and experience about industry trends, planning directions, customer needs, product competitiveness; provide multi-dimensional competitiveness improvement plans.
3. Major in electrical engineering, electronic science or related; ≥ 3 years of professional experience.
4. Familiar with Huawei's product workflow and system design methods.
5. Good communication skills; proactive and enterprising.
6. Strong practical ability; deep understanding of data center topology/industry knowledge; form independent insights.
7. Understand customer bid requirements; complete scenario solutions; ensure product correctness and deliverability.
