Junior NOC Engineer

We're Hiring: Junior NOC Engineer – Bandung 🚨

Skyline Semesta is looking for a Junior NOC Engineer to join our technical operations team!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support for our delivered products and services
• Monitor network and operational infrastructure
• Work in a 24/7 shift system (3 shifts/day)

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in TKJ/SIJA or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure
• Passionate and eager to learn and adapt
• Willing to work onsite in Bandung
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Relevant certifications/accreditations are a plus
