✨ Hiring for Position : IT Helpdesk Junior Officer ✨
📍 Placement : DKI Jakarta

Job Descriptions:
  1. Response to user requests and incident/problems via online (chat)/phone/email/helpdesk application according to establish procedures.
  2. Collect more information from end user and update progress ticket
  3. Escalate and Follow up incident/problems and service to L2.
  4. Ensure completion of incidents in accordance with SLA
  5. Announce information to all users regarding IT maintenance or events
  6. Handling administration
  7. Generate and create report.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  2. Female
  3. At least 1 - 2 years as IT Helpdesk or Service Desk
  4. Experienced in finance industry is preferable.
  5. Has good problem solving skills
  6. Experience with Google Workspace is a plus
  7. Communicative and good interpersonal
  8. Good individual and team player
  9. Multitasking
  10. Able to work in shifts
