What You’ll Do:

• Support and maintain our production systems to keep everything running at top speed ⚙️
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate fixes like a pro 🧩
• Work closely with developers and other teams to deploy updates and improvements
• Monitor system performance and take action before problems even start

What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ 1–2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or production support
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 💬 Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• 💻 Strong knowledge of Java scripting and Jasper Reports
• 🧠 Skilled in Oracle and PL/SQL databases
• 🐧 Comfortable working with Linux/Unix and Windows environments
