Application Support Engineer

🚀 We’re Hiring: Application Support Engineer (2 Years Experience)

📍 Location: South Jakarta

💼 Employment Type: 1 Year Fixed Contract (Possibility to extend longer)

PT Prima Fajar Cahaya Surya are looking for an Application Support Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team and help ensure the stability and performance of our applications.

What you’ll do:

• Provide Level 1 & 2 application support
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Monitor system performance and logs
• Work closely with developers and infrastructure teams
• Support deployments, patches, and documentation

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years experience in Application Support or similar role
• Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
• Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with Windows/Linux
• Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset
