Our client is looking for:

📍 Placement: South Jakarta

📝 Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage IT systems for all stores, ensuring smooth and effective operation.
• Oversee the installation and setup of IT systems and in-store cameras for new store openings.
• Develop and implement IT strategies for efficient system integration and management during the company's organizational expansion.
• Lead and manage a team consisting of 2 Supervisors and 5-6 staff members, ensuring effective coordination and team performance.
• Collaborate with various departments and store managers to ensure all IT systems and technologies are aligned with business goals and store operations.
• Provide ongoing support for system troubleshooting, updates, and improvements.
• Monitor and address any IT-related issues that may impact business operations.

📈 Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• English level communicative.
• Proven experience in IT management, preferably within the retail or food service industry.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with store IT systems, hardware, and software maintenance.
• Experience in setting up IT systems for new store openings, including in-store camera installation.
• Ability to develop and execute IT strategies to support business growth and organizational expansion.
• Strong management skills, with experience leading and motivating a team.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and store managers.
