Description

• Detailed Estimation: Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including joinery, MEP, and architectural finishes
• Tender Management: Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare comprehensive commercial proposals
• Cost Analysis: Conduct price analysis and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Site Measurement: Perform on-site measurements to ensure quantities align with design drawings and actual conditions
• Variation Orders (VO): Identify, price, and manage any changes in scope (VO) during the construction phase to ensure fair billing
• Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures and provide regular reports on budget vs. actual costs to the management

Requirement: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering
• [Mandatory] Proficient in English (Spoken, Written, and Read)
• Minimum 5 (Five) year of proven experience in QS/Estimator within the interior industry
• [Mandatory] Proficient in using office software: Excel (Advance Formula/ Costing Templates), Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp
• Familiarity with interior material pricing (timber, metal, stone, finishes). Exceptional high integrity & attention to detail, strong analytical and mathematical skills, Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Physically fit and Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously
• Possession of a valid SIM A and / or SIM C (driver’s licenses) is preferred
