1. Junior QA Manual

Responbilities:

Create manual test case scenarios
Involved in the whole development life cycle and coordinates with other divisions
Inform and explain the findings of bugs
Provide suggestions for improvement based on findings
Documenting test case results

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in QA Manual
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Experience project in Financial/Accounting/POS/SaaS Services Industry
Experience testing for various types of applications (Mobile, Web and Desktop Application)
Understanding of testing Manual scripting/Test Scenario

2. Lead UI/UX

Responbilities:

Defining user goals, models, taxonomy and user interfaces and translating them into wireframes and interactive prototypes java
Creating, presenting and delivering user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, process maps and feature lists to effectively communicate design ideas
Crafting comprehensive UI/UX documentation and design artifacts including screen flows and detailed design specifications
Providing suggestions and recommendations to improve product user experience
Conceptualizing complicated design ideas and high-level requirements into interactive, intuitive and functional user interfaces
Managing UI/UX team and responsible for UI/UX Performance
Assist in planning and conducting usability testing and evaluate user feedback

Qualifications:

Four years of experience in UI/UX Leader
Have education in Design/DKV / Human Computer Interaction or related fields
Accustomed to planning and executing UI / UX design projects, from start to finish
An expert Figma and Sketch user with fluency in prototyping software
An expert Adobe Ilustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Have the ability to see and communicate your ideas
Your design is well thought out, purposeful and has intent
You love to solve problems creatively and effectively

3. Network Engineer

Qualifications:

Adequate command of the English language to read and write materials written in English
A troubleshooter with an analytical mindset and willingness to learn new things
Solid knowledge of network switching and routing
Solid knowledge of network routing protocols (BGP, RIP, etc.)
Knowledge of services running on network (DNS, DHCP, LLDP, etc.)
Knowledge of network encapsulation protocols
Working experience configuring and managing Mikrotik network equipment
Good communication skills to work both in a team and independently
Able to work with Mikrotik network equipment
Willing to travel to datacenter sites, with the possibility of office or on-site (datacenter) placement
Available for after-office-hours work schedule, especially during upgrades or incident resolution
Willing to learn to use network equipment from other brands

Job Description:

Install, configure and maintain network equipment
Monitor and log network performance and related issues
Plan, strategize, develop, and manage the network with the goal of maintaining internet accessibility (uptime)
Escalate issues related to internet connectivity to IX and/or related peers
Maintain a log of network configuration changes
Plan and execute software updates when needed
Keep up-to-date on Mikrotik product line and software releases
Plan and execute office network development
