L1 Monitoring Support

📍 Location: Jakarta

🕒 Working Hours: 8 hours/day

🔄 Working Arrangement: Shifting (WFO)

Requirements:

1. Minimum education background of D3 (Associate Degree).
2. 1–2 years of experience in a relevant field.
3. Ability to read, monitor, and analyze logs effectively.
4. Familiarity with web-based monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog) and Jira.
5. Willing to work in a shifting schedule.

Job Description:

1. Monitor system alerts and take appropriate actions when issues arise.
2. Read and analyze application or system logs to identify problems and root causes.
3. Use web-based monitoring tools (such as Datadog) to track system health and performance.
4. Collaborate with internal teams using Jira for task tracking, incident reports, and documentation.
5. Provide timely escalation and reporting for detected issues during shift operations.
6. Ensure continuous system availability by performing proactive monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
