Senior Assistant Manager Internal Audit

Placement: Jakarta

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Auditing from reputable University. Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling audits. Experience at Palm Oil Plantation and Mill Audits is preferred. CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) – fully or partially qualified. Prior experience as an Auditor at a Public Accounting Firm / KAP (Kantor Akuntan Publik) with part/full professional Accounting qualifications. Good English communication skills (written & spoken). Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Including Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Knowledge on Power BI and Auditing Software is an added advantage. High integrity, analytical mindset, and strong field audit capability. Based at the Jakarta Regional Office, with a strong willingness to travel to Sintang and Ketapang plantation sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Manager-in-Charge to define audit scope, areas, and timelines. Execute audits in accordance with the approved Cycle Audit Plan and Management Audit Plan maintain professional standards. Review and evaluate existing policies, SOPs, and controls, conducting risk-based compliance audits. Identify control gaps, non-compliances, and improvement opportunities with clear, objective evidence. Perform analytical reviews and monitor field verifications of the Internal Audit team at the respective locations. Assist in compiling, maintaining, and updating audit data and working papers. Prepare draft audit reports for management review, ensuring clarity and professional judgment.
