[Urgently Needed]IT Support
Responsibility :
- Provide day-to-day IT support for internal users (laptop, camera, devices, and software issues).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including slow performance, system errors, and connectivity issues.
- Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, software, and office devices.
- Support setup and maintenance of office equipment such as cameras, meeting tools, and other IT-related devices.
- Ensure all IT equipment is functioning properly and perform regular checks/updates when needed.
- Assist in managing IT assets and maintain proper documentation.
- Respond to user issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and network • troubleshooting.
- Experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / End-User Support is a plus.
- Familiar with common operating systems (Windows/Mac) and basic software installation.
- Able to handle technical issues such as slow devices, system errors, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to provide quick solutions to user issues.
- Good communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and support daily operational needs.
