Job description

• Identifying and approaching potential customers in the shipping and shipping industry
• Prepare price offers, technical proposals, and conduct product/service presentations
• Establish long-term relationships with clients to increase loyalty and repeat orders.
• Coordinate with technical team to ensure client needs are met according to standards and schedule.
• Follow up on projects and ensure timely payments
• Prepare sales activity reports and target achievement to management
• Attend maritime industry tenders, meetings or exhibitions as required
• Monitoring market trends and competitors in the field of ship maintenance

Job Requirements

• Minimum education D3/S1 in Marketing, Marine Engineering, or Management
• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in the shipping, marine service, or oil & gas industry
• Understand the technical basics of ship maintenance (hull, engine, electrical, coating, etc.)
• Have good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to make proposals, presentations and sales reports
• Have a driving license A or C, ready to make visits to shipyards, ports and client locations
• Target oriented and have high initiative
