Job description

• Responsible for identifying business requirements.
• Create detailed planning for digital product projects.
• Provide solutions that expedite project delivery.
• Be part of a business analyst team that is expected to provide support and share knowledge.
• Provide recommendations for improvements and product optimization solutions.
• Have project management skills, responsible for the entire project and the success of system development.
• Communicate and build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop a project plan.

Special Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a business analyst in software/product development projects, especially in the banking industry (e-channel/wholesale banking)
• Experienced and knowledgeable in financial banking or financial industry
• Experienced financial project, EDC Project or similar project
• Good technical understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, value cycles, business processes, business requirements and UAT methodologies.
• Strong concepts related to Project and Program Management.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills including applying a digital understanding to the work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to integrate well into a team and build effective relationships
