We're Hiring: Technical Support / IT Service Desk Staff
Padepokan Tujuh Sembilan is hiring for our client, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX), is currently seeking a qualified Technical Support / IT Service Desk Staff to support IT operational services and ensure smooth technology support for business users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support services and troubleshoot user issues through the IT Service Desk.
- Handle incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, network, and applications.
- Monitor and ensure service requests are resolved within agreed SLA targets.
- Manage and maintain IT asset and inventory records.
- Coordinate with vendors for preventive maintenance and issue resolution activities.
- Support vendor administration processes, including documentation and invoice coordination.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain technical documentation.
- Support IT audit, governance, risk management, and project implementation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Technical Support, IT Support, IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, or similar position.
- Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, network, and end-user support.
- Experience in IT asset management and vendor coordination.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
