Job description

Finance Staff

• Manage day to day financial operations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Process payments for vendors, suppliers, and employee reimbursements
• Process invoicing and collection to customers
• Maintain financial database (experience with Accurate Software is advantage)

Procurement Staff

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices and terms
• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (PO) accurately and timely
• Monitor and track order statuses to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services
• Maintain and update vendor databases, price lists, and procurement records
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and analyze price trends
• Resolve supply discrepancies, damaged goods issues, or delivery delays with suppliers
• Coordinate with internal departments (such as Finance and Warehouse) to ensure smooth supply chain operations. [1, 2, 3]

Technical Engineering

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions based on project requirements
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and system malfunctions in a timely manner
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams, field technicians, and clients
• Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for service or system interruptions and establish preventive measures
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and instructional manuals
• Ensure all technical operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards

Job Requirements
Finance Staff

• Female (max. 30 years old)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Management Finance Staff
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in finance, accounting or tax
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlook, IF, Hlook) (Accurate Software is advantage)
• Strong analytical skills, high accuracy, and good attention to detail
• Capable to work under pressure and handle tight schedules
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in financial data entry and bookkeeping

Procurement Staff

• Female (max age 30 years old)
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlook, IF, Hlook) (Accurate Software is advantage)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing purchase orders, vendor contracts, and price comparisons
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, handle multiple vendor requests, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English for vendor communication and reporting

Technical Engineering

• Male (max. 30 years old)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Min. 1-3 years of working experience in a technical engineering or field specialist role (Fire Protection or Mechanical Field)
• Strong proficiency in industry-specific software (e.g., CAD/CAE for manufacturing/construction or DevOps tools for IT engineering)
• Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and analytical mindset
• Capable to work under pressure and handle tight schedules
• Good command of spoken and written English for technical reporting and communication
